I know we're supposed to aim for 10,000 steps a day which is approximately five miles but I rarely make it to that number. I would LOVE to pull...Great job on the weight-loss! I would LOVE to pull a number like that!<br /><br />To make the steps really add up, get in short 5 - 10 minutes walk during work if you can.
